I'm fundraising for Ronald McDonald House!

I want to raise 273 nights accommodation. These are the number of nights our family spent in Auckland at Ronald McDonald House. It costs $171 for a nights free accommodation.

Makai had AML. Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

Over the course of those 273 days and nights, Makai fought through six rounds of chemotherapy, sometimes being 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. It wiped him out, gave him septic shock at one point and he lost a frightening amount of weight. We nearly lost him … but he  fought hard with us all by his side, Makai has recovered and is now at home and in remission.

Without your support for Ronald McDonald House, Megan says, I can’t imagine what our journey might have looked like. I don’t think I could have coped.

When a child is fighting for their life, their family fights with them. I have joined the fight to fund a night to help keep families with a child in hospital together.
